  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, ARMONDs MANUFACTURING Inc. ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Armonds strives to ship your order as quickly as possible. Stock orders will be shipped in standard shipping times which are 3 - 5 working days. However, standard shipping times are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day. Our primary carrier is Fedex SmartPost.

    Please review our shipping options and policies, and plan your purchases accordingly. Due to special package requirements we may not be able to ship products to certain areas or may be constrained on our shipping options.

    Order delivery times may be delayed when additional processing is required because of credit authorization, backordered products, insufficient or inaccurate information provided when placing the order or incomplete payment. We'll always contact you via email right away if there is a problem with your order.



  • Return Policy
  • All merchandise returned for credit, or exchange must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without RMA number will NOT be accepted.

    2. Please obtain a RMA number at sales@armonds.com or clicking on the CONTACT US hyperlink in our website before returning any item. When requesting a RMA number, please state your order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for return. REMEMBER, We will only accept returns which have an RMA number.

    3. Please print the RMA number clearly on the return label to avoid any delay in processing. Please send package to:

    4. All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid. Products must be received within 15 days (US) or 25 days (international) of the RMA issuance date.

    5. Please return items via trackable method, Armonds will not be responsible for shipment lost during return process.

    6. Once the returned merchandise is received, we will promptly replace any defective merchandise or exchange with items of the same value if the original product is no longer available.

    7. RMA will take about 7-10 business days to process. Replacement package will be returned via Fedex SmartPost.
